About Brie Silly Charcuterie

Brie Silly Charcuterie was founded by Courtney White of Hattiesburg, MS, a proud graduate of Jones College’s Culinary Arts program. During her studies, Courtney mastered the art of presentation, knife skills, French cuisine, and fruit carving. Since then, she has elevated those skills by creating stunning fruit displays and carvings for events both big and small.

When charcuterie began rising in popularity in 2020, Courtney combined her culinary creativity with her eye for design, experimenting with charcuterie boards and grazing tables. What started as a passion quickly grew into Brie Silly Charcuterie, a thriving business known for crafting beautiful, delicious displays.

Today, Brie Silly proudly serves the Hattiesburg community and surrounding areas.

General Terms & Conditions for Brie Silly

1. General Information

Brie Silly provides charcuterie boards, grazing tables, catering services, and related food products. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.

• A 50% nonrefundable payment may be required to secure your order date.

• Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event or pickup date are not eligible for a refund.

• If cancellation occurs prior to that window, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

4. Changes to Orders

• Changes to guest count, board size, or design must be submitted by 14 days before the scheduled date.

• We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability last minute.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, meats, and other allergens.

• While we can accommodate some dietary requests, Brie Silly is not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.

• Customers are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens.

6. Food Safety & Consumption

• Charcuterie boards and grazing displays are intended to be enjoyed shortly after delivery or pickup.

• Brie Silly is not responsible for food safety issues resulting from improper storage, extended display times, or handling after delivery.

7. Delivery & Setup

• Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring access to the location.

• Setup areas must be clear and accessible upon arrival.

• Brie Silly charges a $10.00 delivery fee within 20 miles of our location. If the delivery location exeeds that amount $0.50/additional mile is charged.

8. Rentals & Equipment

• Any boards, stands, decor, tablecloths, or serving pieces provided by Brie Silly remain our property unless otherwise stated.

• Rented items must be returned in the same condition. Damaged or missing items may result in additional charges.

9. Design & Presentation

• All boards and grazing tables are custom and artistic by nature.

• While we strive to match inspiration photos and requests, exact replication cannot be guaranteed due to seasonal availability and product variation.

10. Photography & Marketing

• Brie Silly may photograph completed orders for marketing and social media purposes.

• No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.

11. Liability

• Brie Silly is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the consumption of our products or event setup once delivery is completed.

• By purchasing, the customer assumes responsibility for proper handling and consumption.

12. Force Majeure

Brie Silly is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, or emergencies.
